Khan Verkeersschool is here to help you regain confidence with professionally designed refresher courses. These lessons are not just about driving again. As the best driving school in Rotterdam, we specialize in supporting drivers who are returning after time away or who want to improve specific skills like parking, highway driving, or roundabouts.

Why Choose Refresher Driving Courses?

Many licensed drivers feel anxious or out of practice after years off. Others may struggle with parking, busy intersections, or highway driving. That’s where our refresher courses come in.

Refresher lessons are ideal for:

Drivers returning after a long break
Expats adjusting to Dutch roads.
Seniors who want to stay sharp
For those who want to feel more confident behind the wheel
Professionals who want to improve safety and efficiency

At Khan Verkeersschool, we’re known as the best driving school in Rotterdam because we don’t just teach — we support, understand, and rebuild driving confidence with care.

What to Expect from Your First Driving Lesson

Every novice's first driving lesson is different, and we want it to be easy and empowering.

Understand the Vehicle

You’ll begin by being clearly introduced to the vehicle’s controls, including steering, pedals, indicators, and dashboard functions.

Basic Driving Practice

We take you to a calm, low-traffic area where you’ll learn to start, stop, steer, and turn — safely and confidently.

Personalized Progress Plan

Based on your performance and level of comfort, your instructor gives you personalized feedback and lays out the next steps.

Tailored Sessions Based on Your Experience

Our refresher courses aren’t one-size-fits-all. We begin with a short consultation or trial lesson to assess your needs. Then we design a plan that targets the exact skills you want to improve.

Personalized Coaching Areas

Parallel parking
Highway merging and exits
City driving in traffic
Lane discipline and mirror checks
Dealing with roundabouts
Emergency stops and hazard awareness

Whether you need one session or ten, we adjust the course to fit your pace.
