Terms & Conditions – Khan Verkeersschool

1. Booking & Registration

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, phone, or contact form.

All students must provide valid identification and, if required, proof of residence or eligibility to drive in the Netherlands.

Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

2. Eligibility

Students must be at least 16.5 years old to begin practical driving lessons.

Students must be physically and mentally capable of operating a motor vehicle.

Khan Verkeersschool reserves the right to request a health declaration if needed for CBR registration.

3. Payments

Unless a documented installment plan has been agreed upon, all payments must be made in advance.

Cash or bank transfer payments are accepted upon request.

Lesson packages are non-transferable and valid for 6 months from the booking date.

4. Lesson Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled in consultation with the student.

Start and end times will be communicated and confirmed in advance.

Pickup/drop-off is available within service zones unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Less than twenty-four hours before to the lesson, cancellations will be fully charged.

If you have an illness or emergency, please notify us immediately.

6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

A no-show (failing to attend a lesson without cancellation) is considered a completed lesson and will be charged.

If the student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be shortened or cancelled at the instructor's discretion.

Repeated no-shows may lead to termination of the student's account.

7. Exam Scheduling

Khan Verkeersschool will handle booking for CBR and BNOR exams on your behalf.

Exam fees must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

Failure to attend a scheduled exam without proper notice may forfeit the exam fee.

8. Instructor Rights

In the event of inclement weather, car problems, or medical situations, the instructor retains the right to postpone or cancel classes.

The instructor may suspend lessons if the student shows signs of being unfit to drive (fatigue, illness, or substance use).

9. Use of Vehicle

Students will use Khan Verkeersschool's insured training vehicles unless otherwise agreed.

The vehicle is used for lessons and, when eligible, for exam purposes.

Any damage caused by reckless or intentional misconduct may be charged to the student.

10. Respect & Safety

Khan Verkeersschool maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.

Lessons will be immediately terminated if a student misbehaves toward the instructor or violates road safety rules.

11. Data Privacy

Personal information provided to Khan Verkeersschool is kept strictly confidential and is only used for booking and communication purposes.

We do not share or sell student data.

12. Changes to Terms

Khan Verkeersschool reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
